Basecamp Talent is partnering with a fast-growing luxury travel business to hire a Content Creator Apprentice to join their marketing team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves social media, has a creative eye and wants to build a career creating engaging content for a premium brand.

You'll help create everything from Instagram Reels and Tik Toks to behind-the-scenes content, destination features and campaigns, learning how a modern travel brand captures attention and builds an engaged online community.

Working alongside an experienced team and closely with the founder, you'll gain hands‑on experience across content creation, video production, social media, copywriting and digital marketing while completing your Level 3 Content Creator Apprenticeship

No formal experience is required. We're looking for creativity, curiosity and a willingness to learn.

As part of a growing business, you'll have genuine responsibility from day one, work closely with the founder and play a real part in shaping the brand as it continues to grow.

• Create engaging content across the company's social media channels
• Film destination-inspired, behind-the-scenes and lifestyle content
• Brainstorm creative content ideas, trends and campaign concepts
• Write captions and social copy that reflect the brand's tone of voice
• Help tell stories that inspire people to discover new travel experiences

• Film and edit short‑form video content using tools such as Cap Cut, Canva or similar
• Create engaging Reels, Tik Toks and other social‑first content
• Support photoshoots and content days
• Organise creative assets and content libraries

• Assist with content planning and scheduling
• Research travel trends, creators and emerging content formats
• Learn how content contributes to brand awareness and business growth

• Monitor content performance and engagement
• Support reporting on reach, views and audience growth
• Learn how content insights can shape future campaigns
• Work closely with the founder and wider team
• Learn professional content creation workflows
• Complete your Level 3 Content Creator Apprenticeship alongside gaining practical experience
