Chester Zoo is seeking a Youth Volunteering Officer to lead and develop the youth volunteering programme, connecting young people aged 14-25 with conservation and social action. You will recruit, train and mentor volunteers and Youth Champions, coordinate activities and ensure inclusive participation while safeguarding and supporting personal development.
