Job DescriptionWe are currently interested to hear from Nurses in Chester looking for permanent work within nursing homes offering elderly and/or dementia care, as we are expecting upcoming roles in the area!

- Fulltime hours
- Days or nights available
- Nursing care to the elderly
- You must be a qualified nurse - RGN or RMN - and have a valid NMC PIN
- Excellent communication skills
- Passion for elderly and dementia care
- Dedication to providing the highest levels of care
- Previous experience within a similar setting
- Minimum 1 year's nursing experience
- Planning, assessing, delivering and evaluating individual care
- Organising and motivating the carers to ensure good standards of care are delivered
- May assist in inductions and orientations of new care staff
- Liaising with other healthcare professionals
- Maintaining accurate drug records (storage, maintenance and use)
- Providing the highest standards of medical or palliative care at all times
