We are seeking a motivated and compassionate General Practice Nurse to join our primary care team.
The successful candidate will deliver high-quality nursing care, including immunisations, cervical screening, wound care, chronic disease management, and health promotion.
You will work collaboratively with GPs and the wider multidisciplinary team to provide patient-centred care, support long‑term condition management, and contribute to preventative health programmes.
Requirements- Registered Nurse with current professional registration
- Experience in primary care or chronic disease management desirable
- Strong clinical, communication, and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
