About the Role
We are looking for a proactive, reliable and people-focused
Housing Officer
to join our team based in Chester.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties and supporting tenants to maintain their tenancies, ensuring properties are well managed, compliant and maintained to a high standard.
This is a varied role that requires excellent communication skills, good organisation and the ability to deal confidently with tenants, contractors and other professionals.
Driving License is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of residential properties and tenancies.
- Act as the main point of contact for tenants, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly.
