Salary: Up to £32,000 per annum inclusive of TRONC

Contract: Full Time, Permanent

Hours: 40 hours per week – must be fully flexible including regular evenings and weekends

Join the Nelson Hotels & Inns group as an Assistant Restaurant Manager at Palm Court – our elegant dining venue nestled within the luxurious Grosvenor Pulford Hotel & Spa. We’re seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager who is passionate about delivering exceptional service in a sophisticated dining setting. This is a fully operational, hands‑on role where you’ll be on the floor leading by example.

You’ll work closely with the Restaurant Manager to ensure the smooth daily running of service, drive exceptional guest experiences, and support in the development and motivation of the front‑of‑house team.

• Proven experience in a similar supervisory or management role within a quality restaurant or hotel setting
• A hands‑on, proactive approach to service and team leadership
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A genuine passion for food, drink and creating memorable guest experiences
• The ability to work a flexible schedule – evenings, weekends and bank holidays are part of the rhythm here
• Reliable transport and the ability to commute to the venue without issue

• A competitive salary package up to £32,000 per annum (inclusive of TRONC). This consists of an hourly rate of £13.24 plus avg. tips of £1.83 extra per hour
