As a Chef de Partie, you will support the kitchen team in preparing, cooking, and presenting food to the highest standards, ensuring quality, consistency, and creativity in every dish. • Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes that are creative, high‑quality, and visually appealing to delight our residents and guests
• Supporting the Head Chef in developing new dishes and menus, contributing ideas and creativity to enhance the dining experience
• Maintaining excellent food hygiene and safety standards, ensuring compliance with all Health & Safety regulations
• Monitoring portions and controlling waste to maintain profitability and efficiency
• Preparing café‑style food (brunches and light lunches) alongside the Kitchen Assistant
• Receiving and checking deliveries, completing all relevant paperwork to ensure compliance
• Conducting stock control, including stock rotation and accurate record‑keeping

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or Sous Chef in a busy, high‑volume kitchen
• Excellent knowledge of cooking methods, ingredients, kitchen equipment, and culinary procedures
• Food safety qualifications (working towards Level 3 in Food Safety or equivalent is desirable)
• Creativity and passion for food, including design, preparation, nutrition, and presentation
• Self‑motivated and proactive, able to work independently while maintaining high standards
