You are the heartbeat of the kitchen operations. You’ll partner with the Head Chef to set the pace, maintain elite standards, and keep the energy high. From mastering HACCP paperwork to coaching the next generation of chefs, you’ll ensure every plate is sent with pride and precision.

• Proven Leadership:
  Solid experience in a similar Sous Chef role within a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
• Operational Edge:
  You know your way around stock control, waste reduction, and food safety compliance.
