Retail Assistant - M&S

We're looking for a Retail Assistant who will be the face of our business, delivering exceptional customer service for a major High Street brand on a‑time basis, contracted to 20 hours per week.

You'll join a passionate and friendly team working in a fast‑paced environment, with opportunities to progress within a company that invests in its people.

• Serve customers, ensuring they receive an easy and seamless personalised experience.
• Be knowledgeable about our service and help customers with natural, engaging service.
• Represent M&S and maintain a positive brand image.
• Handle cash and operate the cash register.
• Comply with Health and Safety regulations.
