Pay and Hours

Our Tesco Colleague rate of pay starts from £12.45 an hour; this increases to £13.66 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.

We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, but can accommodate fewer hours (minimum 12) if preferred. Your contracted hours will be scheduled within your availability windows, with at least 3 weeks' notice of shift times. We support flexibility and will consider applications if your availability closely matches our advertised windows.

• May be required to accept deliveries into the store.
