About The Role

We are looking for Part‑Time and Full‑Time Beauty Consultants to join our welcoming and close‑knit team at the Chester store. Our Beauty Consultants are the face of the brand and are responsible for creating world‑class customer experiences for every client.

• Understand and learn about each customer, combining the "Beauty of Selling" with comprehensive product knowledge.
• Achieve sales targets while encouraging repeat customer visits.
• Maintain high visual merchandising standards and adequate stock levels.
• Replenish stock as needed.
• Champion the My Beauty rewards scheme and collect customer feedback.
• Work autonomously, supporting the team and upholding Harrods policies.

• Strong foundation in retail, hospitality, or beauty.
• Experience delivering memorable service to clients.
• Dedicated, disciplined, and a professional example within the team.
• Ambitious, excited by sales targets, and eager to learn and develop.
• Maintains high standards of appearance, punctuality, and adherence to policies.

• Salary of £26,740 plus commission.
