Work Pattern- Sunday 06:30-10:30
- Tuesday 06:00-10:00
- Thursday 06:00-10:00
- Saturday 09:00-13:00
- Be a resilient and confident brand ambassador ready to serve customers and sell our latest fashion items.
- Operate in a high-demand environment, rolling your sleeves up and getting stuck in, no matter how busy the day gets.
- Utilise digital tools such as the Sparks App and in-store devices to enhance the customer experience and accelerate the move to the new M&S.
- Maintain high standards while balancing speed and accuracy, even when the pressure is on.
- Contribute to a positive store environment, supporting teammates and moving with purpose and energy.
- Adapt to where and when needed, meeting challenges head‑on.
