- Sunday, 19:00‑07:00.

PLEASE NOTE
- Due to the nature of the role, heavy lifting will be required.

• £2 extra per hour between 10:00 – 05:00.
• Colleagues under 18 are not permitted to work between 10:00 – 06:00.

Part‑time – 22.5 hours per week. 3‑month fixed‑term contract at B&Q Chester.

UK Notional hourly rate £13.64 (includes £0.53 store‑specific allowance).

You’re a confident and friendly communicator, comfortable building relationships and sharing product knowledge with customers face‑to‑face and over the phone. Efficiency and safety will be vital, but your real focus will be the customer, either supporting their ideas on the shop floor or working with a one‑hour click‑and‑collect service.

You’re an organised and analytical thinker, who can prioritise your time and keep things simple. You will be able to handle products ranging from tins of paint to hot tubs, so you’ll be comfortable with some heavy lifting. Being agile and flexible is important to the success of this role. You’ll be happy to expand your skills by using new technology, learning new ways of working, and you’re flexible enough to work on a rota that includes weekends, evenings, and bank holidays.
