Sales Assistant

We are looking for a Sales Assistant to join our welcoming team. In this role, you will provide exceptional personalised service to introduce feel‑good furniture to customers and improve their wellbeing.

Location: HSL Chairs, Chester
Salary: £12.80 per hour
Hours: 28 hours per week

From the moment customers walk through the door, you will create a warm and memorable experience. This may involve greeting them with a smile, providing an umbrella if it rains, and guiding them through our unique chair‑fitting service.

You will help customers discover the wellbeing benefits of our expertly designed chairs and sofas, supporting them in finding a style, fabric, and size that truly suits their needs. You will also help keep the showroom looking its best, ensuring everything feels fresh, tidy, and welcoming.

We are open every day, so you will need to be happy working a mix of weekdays and weekends.

You will receive in‑depth training through our HSL Academy at Comfort House in West Yorkshire, with hands‑on learning and expert guidance from our independent Occupational Therapist, Julie Jennings. We are proud to help our people grow.
