Picker

You will be expected to ensure our customers’ needs are exceeded at all times while working in a number of areas of the store, so no two days will be the same. Whether it’s filling shelves, serving on the tills, ensuring we have the right amount of stock or picking deliveries, the opportunities are endless, but everything you do matters in ensuring our customers get everything they came for, served quickly and efficiently.

• Provide high‑standard customer service throughout the store.
• Accurately pick and dispatch goods using a handheld terminal and report discrepancies to the Manager.
• Check quality, shelf life and ensure packaging is robust before delivery.
• Process deliveries efficiently to achieve target pick rates.
• Interact politely with delivery staff, respond to queries and complaints, and refer complex situations to the appropriate person.
• Maintain a can‑do attitude, be comfortable working to meet designated pick rates, and be willing to go the extra mile for customers.
• Arrive on time and present yourself professionally at all times.
