We are pleased to offer an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Sales Negotiator
. This is a full‑time, permanent position located at Chester
, with a realistic OTE range of £28,000 – £30,000 pa
.

• Registering buyers and applicants on an electronic database.
• Scheduling accompanied viewings and engaging with clients.
• Handling inbound leads through various property portals.
• Providing constructive and informative feedback to vendors.
• Generating and negotiating offers to close sales and lets.

• Previous sales experience.
• Natural selling ability.
• Excellent communication skills and customer‑service experience.
• Articulate and strong negotiator.
• Background in estate agency is beneficial.
