Sales Negotiator

This is a full‑time, permanent position located at Chester, with a realistic OTE range of £28,000 – £30,000 pa.

• Registering buyers & applicants onto an electronic database.
• Scheduling accompanied viewings & engaging with clients.
• Handling inbound leads through various property portals.
• Providing constructive and informative feedback to vendors.
• Generating and negotiating offers to get sales and let agreements.

• Previous sales experience.
• A natural selling ability.
• Excellent communication skills & customer service experience.
• Articulate & a strong negotiator.
• A background in Estate Agency would be beneficial.
