Used Motorcycle Sales Manager - Chester Road Motorcycles
We are looking for an experienced and professional New/Used motorcycle Sales Manager to join our dealership in Shotton.
Job SummaryReporting to the Dealer Principal, you will manage the sales team, finance, finance‑related products and automotive warranties to reach and exceed the dealership’s targets.
Responsibilities- Lead and motivate the sales team.
- Manage finance and warranty products.
- Resolve queries from the sales team regarding warranty, service arrangements and product features.
- Introduce customers to the Service Department where appropriate and provide support.
- Prior or present experience in motorcycle sales management (highly advantageous).
- Positive, helpful attitude and the drive, energy and commitment to pursue every sales opportunity.
- UK driving licence with minimal points.
- Ideally live local or able to commute to Shotton.
- Starting basic salary pending experience.
- An uncapped and realistic on‑target earning of up to £45,000 per annum subject to sales performance.
- 22 days annual holidays allowance plus bank holidays (any bank holiday worked earns a day off in lieu).
- Full manufacturer‑approved training.
- Company pension.
Monday to Friday 8:30 am – 5:30 pm, Saturday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm and Sunday 11:00 am–4:00 pm. One weekend off in a three‑week rotation with a set day off during the week.
