The Role

As a Business Development Associate, you’ll focus on generating new business opportunities by identifying prospects, initiating conversations, and qualifying potential clients. This is an entry-level, performance-driven role designed for motivated individuals who want hands‑on sales experience and uncapped earning potential. You’ll work closely with senior leadership to learn how consulting deals are sourced, positioned, and closed.

Responsibilities
  • Research and identify prospective clients that fit our ideal customer profile
  • Conduct outbound outreach via email, phone, and Linked In
  • Initiate conversations and qualify inbound and outbound leads
  • Book discovery calls for senior team members
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach and follow-ups
  • Learn consultative selling skills, messaging, and objection handling
  • Consistently work toward weekly and monthly activity goals
