Overview
Business Development Manager – Leading Coffee Machine Supplier, Chester. Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 plus commission £26,000 OTE (uncapped). Benefits include company car, healthcare, pension and 25 days holiday with purchase option.
Responsibilities- Identify and develop new business opportunities across North Wales, focusing on Shrewsbury, Telford and Llandudno.
- Build and maintain relationships with hospitality, on‑trade, convenience and education customers.
- Run appointments and product demonstrations, requiring a full driving licence.
- Present coffee machines, beans and ingredients to prospective customers using both online and offline approaches.
- Meet or exceed sales targets, taking advantage of uncapped commission.
- Passion for coffee and desire to grow customer accounts.
- Self‑starter with the ability to manage time effectively.
- Strong communication and sales skills.
- Experience in business development or sales (preferred).
- Valid full driving licence.
- Company car.
