Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our client's very strong sales team. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding the client base, fostering strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about sales and business growth, with a focus on leveraging CRM tools to optimise outreach and engagement.
The role offers WFH flex for a couple of days per week.
- Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and industry events and outbound telesales activity.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire new business opportunities.
- Prepare compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Utilise CRM software to track leads, manage contacts, and monitor sales pipelines effectively.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns that support business growth objectives.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for expansion.
- This is a desk based role predominantly appointment making for Regional BDMs
- Proven experience in sales or business development roles, preferably within a related industry.
- Proficiency in CRM software is essential for managing client relationships and sales processes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also demonstrating independence.
- A recognised qualification in business, marketing, or related fields is desirable but not essential.

Pay: £27,900.00-£32,100.00 per year
