Monday to Friday 37.5 hours between the operating hours of 08:00 20:00 (early finish on Fridays) About Us Money Expert is an independent financial comparison company based in Chester, and we're expanding our team! We're looking for enthusiastic and driven B2B Energy Sales Consultants to join our vibrant call centre. You'll be speaking with businesses that are looking to review, renew or switch their energy contracts, helping them secure the best deal for their business.
No cold calling you'll be working with warm business opportunities generated through customer enquiries, existing customers and marketing activity. If you're motivated by targets, thrive in a fast-paced sales environment and enjoy being rewarded for your performance, you'll fit right in.

Key Responsibilities Contact warm business leads to discuss their current energy contracts. Build strong relationships with business owners and decision-makers. Understand each customer's current energy arrangements and identify opportunities to provide a more suitable solution. Present tailored energy quotations and explain the benefits of switching. Confidently overcome objections and negotiate to secure sales. Consistently achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
Deliver an excellent customer experience throughout the sales journey. Accurately maintain customer records and ensure compliance with company procedures. Skills & Experience Required Previous B2B sales experience is desirable but not essential full training will be provided.
Experience with in telesales, outbound sales, business development or another target-driven environment is advantageous. Candidates from recruitment, retail, hospitality, estate agency, customer service or similar customer-facing roles are encouraged to apply. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Strong questioning, negotiation and objection-handling abilities. Confident speaking with business owners and decision-makers over the phone. Self-motivated, resilient and driven by targets and commission. Able to work in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple conversations and opportunities. Committed to delivering excellent customer service while achieving commercial results.
