As a Female Maritime Security Officer, you’ll do more than safeguard vessels and passengers—you’ll ensure every journey feels secure, welcoming, and professional. Your presence will make others feel safe and supported from the moment they arrive.

Responsibilities

You’ll play a vital part in keeping people, property, and information safe. That includes:

• Welcoming and assisting staff, visitors, and contractors.
• Conducting regular safety and security patrols.
• Ensuring compliance with regulations and procedures.
• Supporting emergency protocols, including evacuations and searches.
• Keeping vigilant, reporting incidents, and preventing disruption.
• Accurately maintaining records of all activity and handovers.
• Trustworthy and reliable in all duties
• Punctual with a strong sense of responsibility
• Attention to detail when conducting searches and monitoring areas
• Process-driven, ensuring compliance with security protocols

What we’re looking for:

We’re looking for someone who sees a different world—someone who values teamwork, shows initiative, and wants to grow. Ideally, you’ll have:

• A valid SIA licence.
• Female officer required for searches on passengers and cars
• Flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends.
• The right to work in the UK, with a 5-year checkable history.
• Strong communication skills in English—both written and spoken.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a Security Officer role
• Local to bus/train stations for easy commute
• Enjoys working in a great team environment
