Gas Engineer / Plumber – Trade Operative
£37,000 per annum
Chester / Warrington region
Full Time, Permanent
About You:
Are you an experienced plumber/gas engineer with a passion for delivering a high quality, efficient and effective repairs service?
Can you complete repairs to various heating systems (gas, heat pumps and electrical)?
Do you have experience of working in tenanted homes and empty homes?
Are you customer focused, as you’ll be liaising with customers daily, carrying out high quality repairs in their homes in a polite and professional manner?
Are you self-motivated and passionate about delivering ‘right first time’ services to customers?
Are you Gas Safe registered with the appropriate qualifications (ACS Certificates, CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1 & CKR1 or equivalent)?
In this crucial role, you will need to:
* Champion the rights of our customers to enjoy a safe, warm and good quality home
* Be proud of the work you do, taking a proactive approach to delivering fantastic services
* Have great Health & Safety awareness
* Establish excellent working relationships with colleagues and contractors
* Be computer literate or be willing to adopt to software-based systems after training
* Have a valid UK driving license
* Have personal values and an approach that align with our We’re Muir values
The closing date for applications is Friday 12 December ’ll need to submit a CV and supporting statement telling us about you and why you're right for the job.
Telephone interviews will take place week commencing 15th December, successful candidates will then be invited to our head office in Chester for an in-person interview.
