  • Advocate client involvement opportunities and promote the Voice of the charity to clients, including holding residents meetings.
  • Promote positive teamwork.
  • Show flexibility to ensure all young people can access support around their employment, training and education commitments, including some evening and weekend working.
About You
  • A commitment to the ethos and values of the charity, including its policies and procedures.
  • Ability to work on own initiative while exercising sound judgement and consulting with peers and clients when needed to meet service KPIs.
  • Clear understanding and ability to implement risk management, information sharing and data security arrangements.
  • Commitment to equal opportunity and diversity practice and ability to promote and implement these policies fairly.
  • IT competency to use data capture systems, run queries and generate reports.
