Adult's Social Worker

We are looking for an Adult's Senior Social Worker to join a Mental Health Team Do not apply for this job role if you do not have 2 years' of permanent experience post qualification About the role This team works in a multi-disciplinary environment, delivering high quality social care to support adults experiencing ill mental health across the community. They work jointly with health colleagues to develop section 117 aftercare plans.

Undertaking care act strength based assessments are vital part of this role. About you It is essential to have a degree within Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with a minimum of two years' experience within adult's Social Work post qualified. A successful candidate will have extensive experience working within mental health and have a strong understanding of section 117 regulations. A valid UK driving license is essential for this role What's on offer?
