We are hiring a Senior .NET Backend Developer to take ownership of backend services running in Azure. You will influence technical direction, raise engineering standards, and work closely with product and leadership in a collaborative, long‑term environment.
What you will do- Build, own, and support backend services in production
- Design and develop APIs, integrations, and data pipelines
- Work across a mix of greenfield development and core system improvements
- Lead architectural and technical decision‑making
- Mentor mid‑level developers and raise code quality
- Collaborate closely with product and senior stakeholders
- Strong commercial experience with C# and .NET
- Experience building and maintaining backend services
- Solid knowledge of SQL Server
- Hands‑on experience with cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Experience with CI pipelines and automated deployments
- Strong understanding of clean architecture and best practices
- Experience with unit testing and test‑driven development
- Experience improving reliability, performance, or scalability
- Mentoring or technical leadership experience
