Technical Architects set the technical direction for L25's products. You make the decisions that everything else is built on, in a world where the software has to stand up to real regulatory scrutiny.

Key responsibilities include:

• Owning architecture across the stack of PHP and React, from data models and APIs to integration, security and system scalability.
• Working hands‑on with engineering teams, setting patterns that others build on, and keeping the bar for correctness and assurance high.
• Ensuring compliance is embedded in the architecture, not treated as an afterthought.

We want a builder who has carried real systems into production and still loves the craft. You should be opinionated, pragmatic and able to bring people along. If you can design for the hardest problems in regulated Britain, this is the place to do it.
