The Guest Sales & Services Representative is responsible for handling customer support calls, emails, webchat/text messages, and aids in customer solutions with Site Leaders, Regional Site Leaders, Assistant Site Leaders, and Guest Service Attendants at each location. This representative also represents Flagstop Car Wash at events across the areas surrounding its locations to promote and create brand awareness through various marketing efforts.

• Represent Flagstop at various regional events to promote the company, its mobile app, membership programs, and other marketing initiatives.
• Engage with attendees to create brand awareness, answer questions, and distribute promotional materials.

• Provide assistance in the Guest Sales & Services office by:
  • Answering incoming calls, returning voicemails, and responding to emails.
  • Managing messages from various communication platforms.
• Relay important guest feedback or issues to appropriate personnel, including Site Leaders and Regional Leaders.
• Must have a general understanding of product knowledge.

• Operate and navigate the Washify and AMP Point of Sale systems.
• Assist in migrating Washify members to the AMP platform, ensuring all windshield tags function properly using spreadsheets for reporting functionality.
• Manage guest membership accounts, including updates for payment methods, vehicle transfers/additions, cancellation requests or any various guest requests.

• Act as a liaison between guests and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and quick resolution of guest needs.
• Support cross‑location collaboration to address issues as they arise.

• Aid in completing reports related to membership migration and overall membership account updates.

• Aids in maintaining a clean working environment around the Flagstop offices. Includes vacuuming, trash removal, sweeping and mopping.

• At least one (1) month of Customer Service Attendant experience at a Flagstop Car Wash location. Training provided by Flagstop Car Wash.
• One (1) year of call center experience, preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age.
