• Support the Lead Teacher in the care and education of a group of children.
• Assist in managing your students as they learn, play, eat, and sleep.
• Keep your classroom organized and clean.
• Observe your children’s interests; work with other team members to develop creative ideas for engaging activities.
• Communicate with parents daily, sharing their children’s latest adventures and achievements through a variety of avenues, including mobile apps and personal conversations.

• Must be 16 years of age (18+ with high school diploma or equivalent preferred).
• Childcare experience is a plus.
• Flexibility to work hours based on the needs of the school and program.
• Successful background check and VA licensing standards required.
