Provides overall management in all phases of construction for one or more Data Center electrical projects and develops new business opportunities relative to a particular client or geographical area. Manages projects to exceed customer expectations and ensure adherence to NEC, company safety policies, and OSHA regulations. Establishes project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards within corporate policy. Represents the company in project meetings, labor negotiations, and strategy sessions.

Manages financial aspects of contracts to protect company interests while maintaining good client relationships. Leads the project team to meet client and company delivery expectations. Performs takeoffs, price change orders, and project‑related quotes. Works closely with the Project Executive to ensure accurate tracking and financial reporting. Work required to be performed at the project site.

• 8+ years of electrical construction project management experience in all phases of electrical projects ($20-$100M), including mission critical, ground‑up construction, and remodeling.
• Bachelor's Degree in engineering or construction management preferred.
• Data Center experience required; hyperscale Data Center experience preferred.
• Valid Electrical License (Journeyman or Master) strongly preferred.
• Proficient computer, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Detailed understanding of electrical estimating, budgeting, scheduling, and project tracking.
• Detailed understanding of billing and financial reporting.
• Business knowledge of vendors in the electrical construction industry.
• Proficient in Accubid, Blue Beam, Procore, CX Alloy, BIM
  360, MS Project, P6, and other industry standard software.
• Ability to travel as required.
• Successfully pass pre‑employment background and MVR check.
