• Facilitate personalized, one‑on‑one ABA therapy services across diverse environments using protocols developed by a BCBA.
• Collect data during sessions and document progress notes.
• Collaborate with colleagues, supervisors, and caregivers to foster a culture of learning.
• Create an engaging therapeutic environment to encourage growth and skill acquisition.

• Active RBT certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Willingness to obtain an active Adult and Child CPR/First Aid certification within the first 30 days.
• Ability and willingness to support the basic needs of clients.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
