We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our dynamic team. The RBT will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), providing essential support and implementation of individualized behavior intervention plans. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to ethical practices and a passion for making a positive impact in the lives of clients.

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans as designed by the BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client behaviors and progress.
• Assist in the development of instructional materials and strategies.
• Conduct discreet trial teaching, naturalistic teaching, and other evidence‑based practices.
• Facilitate client social skills development through structured activities.
• Maintain client confidentiality and uphold ethical standards.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
• Provide support and guidance to clients’ families and caregivers as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent;
  Associate's or Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred.
• Current RBT certification or eligibility to become certified within 60 days of hire.
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with individuals with special needs.
