• Assist in the daily operation of a single store
• Hire, manage, and direct associates to achieve financial goals
• Maintain exceptional guest experiences
• Participate in a 3‑week store leadership training program

• High school diploma required
• Flexibility to work within a 50‑mile radius of the store
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
• Serve Safe certified (Food Safety)
