Press Operator Opportunity – Rotating Shifts
$32 – $39.75 per hour

- Set up, operate, and monitor gravure printing presses to meet production, quality, and safety standards
- Perform make-readies, ink mixing, color matching, and viscosity control
- Monitor print quality, registration, and color consistency throughout production runs
- Troubleshoot press, mechanical, or print quality issues and make real-time adjustments
- Complete roll changes, cylinder changes, and basic press maintenance
- Accurately document production data, downtime, and quality checks
- Follow all safety, GMP, and housekeeping standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Prior hands‑on experience operating gravure printing presses in a manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of inks, solvents, substrates, and print quality standards
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and print defects independently
- Comfortable working in a high‑speed, continuous production setting
- Willingness to work designated shift and overtime as needed
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality
