• Construct window sashes and frames while strictly following design blueprints and quality benchmarks.
• Utilize various hand and power tools to accurately measure, trim, and form necessary components.
• Perform thorough quality checks on completed units to guarantee precision prior to shipment.
• Work alongside colleagues to streamline production processes and meet delivery deadlines.
• Help maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency for the entire team.
• Follow all established safety guidelines and organizational procedures to ensure a secure workplace.

• Completion of high school or a GED; vocational training in manufacturing or carpentry is beneficial.
• Demonstrated background in window fabrication or a comparable industry is highly desirable.
• Exceptional precision and the capacity to execute complex technical instructions.
• Proficiency in operating the standard power and hand tools required for window construction.
• Capacity to function effectively both as a solo contributor and as a collaborative team member.
• Maintain the physical endurance necessary to lift and handle heavy materials throughout the shift.
