• Construct a variety of door models by strictly following provided blueprints and technical requirements.
• Operate manual and electric tools to ensure assembly operations are performed with precision and speed.
• Help maintain a high standard of quality and safety by thoroughly examining completed units.
• Work alongside colleagues to ensure collective production targets and schedules are successfully achieved.
• Keep the workstation tidy and structured to foster a safer and more productive environment.
• Notify the supervisor immediately regarding any identified product flaws or operational concerns.
• Engage in professional development sessions to sharpen your technical assembly capabilities.

• Completion of secondary education or a GED is preferred.
• Prior background in a manufacturing or assembly role is beneficial.
• Demonstrate sharp focus on precision and the capacity to execute tasks exactly as instructed.
• Proficiency in handling standard hand and power equipment.
• Capability to perform tasks successfully whether working solo or as a member of a group.
• Support the team by maintaining the physical stamina required to handle and lift heavy components.
