Warehouse Worker

Location: Chester, VA
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–4:00 PM
Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire

We are hiring a dependable Door Shop Warehouse Worker to join a production team assembling and preparing doors for shipment or installation. This hands‑on position involves installing door hardware, using basic hand tools, and moving materials throughout the production area. If you enjoy hands‑on work, staying active, and working as part of a team, this could be a great opportunity.

• Assemble and prepare doors on a production line.
• Install door components, including hinges, locks, handles, frames, hardware, and other required parts.
• Use hand tools and basic equipment to complete assembly tasks.
• Lift, carry, move, and position doors throughout the work area.
• Follow production instructions and maintain an organized workspace.
• Perform repetitive tasks while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
• Work safely and efficiently to meet daily production goals.

• Ability to perform hands‑on assembly and production work.
• Comfortable using basic hand tools or willing to learn.
• Ability to lift and move doors and materials as needed.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and frequently bend, reach, and perform repetitive movements.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
