Seasonal Team Supervisor – Walmart

Base Pay Range: $19.00/hr – $32.00/hr
Additional Compensation:
Annual or quarterly performance incentives; premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
Seasonal associates are responsible for moving the majority of seasonal merchandise throughout the store. They prepare for major holidays, utilizing product knowledge, problem‑solving, and merchandising skills.
