• Ensure Health and Safety is the number one priority.
• Work with designated company representatives to learn and understand all safety, operational, and company rules, regulations, and responsibilities.
• Hands‑on operation of manual and automated hydro‑blasting equipment and vac‑truck operation.
• Assist in the setup and tear down of the job site.
• Perform all work as directed by the supervisor or leadership personnel.

• Driver's license and a clean driving record are strongly preferred.
• Reliable transportation.
• Safety conscious with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work varied hours, on‑call, and travel as required.
• Maintain equipment and company property in proper condition.
• Pass pre‑employment, random, and/or post‑accident/injury substance abuse screening.
• Use of respirators (including fit testing) may be required based on specific customer needs.

• Follow and distinguish emergency signals and instructions.
• Ability to move/lift up to 50 lbs.
• Repetitive lifting, stooping, bending, squatting, kneeling, reaching, and crawling.
• Work in extreme conditions such as heat, cold, dusty, and wet conditions for extended periods.
• Work in confined spaces and tight quarters.
• Wear protective clothing and equipment such as respirators, safety glasses, approved steel‑toe shoes, coveralls, and hearing protection.
• Climb ladders and work from stationary platforms at elevated heights.
• Capable of working extended hours and variable shifts.
