Cinema Cafe is looking for a full-time Maintenance Technician to cover our site in Chester, VA. We’re searching for a candidate with knowledge in mechanics, carpentry, tiling, and painting. You will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate fulfillment of all service requests and repairs, including recliner chair maintenance, troubleshooting systems, completing preventative maintenance, and working on special projects. Job may require travel between multiple sites in a day.

You will be working with a variety of people, so strong interpersonal skills and exceptional rapport with people are a must.

• Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of all service requests and repairs.
• Perform recliner chair maintenance and troubleshoot systems.
• Complete preventative maintenance and work on special projects.
• Travel between multiple sites in a day as needed.
• Collaborate with a variety of people and maintain strong interpersonal rapport.

• Tiling - Proficient or better.
• Mechanics - Proficient or better.
• Carpentry - Novice or better.
• Plumbing - Novice or better.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Teamwork.

• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Computer competence.

• Must have a valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• High School diploma or 2 years of maintenance/construction experience.
• Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs.
• Must be able to climb stairs and ladders of varying heights.
• Must be able to maneuver in tight & confined spaces.
• Standing for long periods of time with or without reasonable accommodation.
