. The Chester Family YMCA is seeking part-time swim instructors to lead swim lessons for program participants at our pool. This part-time position starts at $14.00 per hour. Below are the scheduled dates needed:

• Monday/ Wednesday evenings
• Tuesday/Thursday Evenings
• Friday Evenings
• Saturday Mornings
• Sunday

• Lead swim lessons for program participants, teaching swimming skills and basic water safety to small groups.
• Use a variety of teaching tools and techniques aligned with YMCA core values.
• Maintain a positive, energetic presence and strong interpersonal skills to work with participants of varying ages and shifts.

• Current CPR, AED and First Aid certifications are required.
• Current YMCA, American Red Cross Lifeguard, Ellis and YMCA Swim Lesson Instructor, or WSI certifications are preferred but not required. If not currently certified, we will certify you.
