We are seeking a talented Staff Accountant to be a part of a collaborative team, located in our new state-of-the-art facility in Chesterfield Valley.

- Assists in month-end and year-end closing activities, including preparing journal entries, financial statement analysis, and reconciling general ledger accounts
- Supports the creation and maintenance of the annual budget and forecast
- Performs Treasury Management duties, including tracking bank account transactions and balances, monitoring cash flow, and ensuring accurate and perpetual records of financial activities
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data for various projects and initiatives
- Utilizes system knowledge to support financial analysis and reporting tasks
- Performs data gathering, validation, and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial information
- Prepares monthly banking reports as required
- Provides oversight and facilitates vendor disbursements, including processing physical checks and electronic payment
- B.S. Degree in Accounting
- 2+ years of professional experience preferable
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience working with large datasets
- Experience with general ledger software
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics SL a plus
- Exhibits organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills alongside strong analytical and reasoning abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrates a positive team attitude while being self-motivated and capable of working independently
- Assumes other special activities and responsibilities from time to time as directed
