Lakeside Renovation & Design is growing, and we’re looking for a driven Project Manager to help lead our design-build projects across outdoor living, room additions, and interior renovations.

What You’ll Do
As a Project Manager, you’ll oversee residential design-build projects from concept to completion, working closely with our internal carpentry crews, sales team, design team, and trusted subcontractors to deliver exceptional results.

You’ll Be Responsible For

• Participate in pre-construction meetings, coordinating sub-contractor bids, setting each project up for success
• Creating and managing construction schedules with linked payment milestones
• Communicating regularly with clients through project management software to keep them informed and confident
• Coordinating subcontractors and in-house crews to maintain timelines and quality standards
• Reviewing bids, budgets, and invoices to ensure cost accuracy
• Supporting your team with clear leadership, mentorship, and accountability

Requirements
We’re looking for someone who:

• Has 2+ years of residential construction or design-build project management experience
• Understands construction methods, scheduling, and quality standards
• Communicates clearly and professionally with homeowners and crews alike
• Is organized, proactive, and solution-oriented
• Has experience using project management software
• Brings integrity, professionalism, and a team-first mindset to every project
