There is an immediate opening in the Information Center. The ideal candidate will enjoy helping people, have great communication skills with both members and co-workers, possess strong organizational, analytical and multitasking skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

Duties include fielding inbound calls and chats to assist members with analyzing, researching and resolving inquiries related to member accounts, conducting basic financial transactions and other various tasks.

  Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Saturday 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., with a day off during the week when a Saturday is worked.

  Monday - Friday 10:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Saturday 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., with a full day off during the week when a Saturday is worked.
• Must be able to work at least two Saturdays a month.

  8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. This schedule does not require any Saturdays.
