Line Manager

As a crucial member in the team, you will carry out site-based surveys, sampling of building materials and measurements of structural elements. Your role involves effective communication with team members and third parties. Responsibilities include obtaining accurate data and ensuring health and safety compliance on site. The role demands physical agility, from walking/climbing embankments to working within buildings or on motorways.

• Conduct opening up works of concrete and masonry elements using percussive drills.
• Assisting with carrying out Investigation and Testing works to the relevant standards
• Recording accurate site notes and sketches in order to provide accurate reporting findings
• Completing Initial Site Checklist forms and MEWP Checklist forms
• Assisting in writing reports using several methods, including via various systems, on BCI forms and using traditional ‘handwritten’ format
• Learning from senior members of staff in relation to site works and report writing
• Measure steel elements with precision.
• Diamond drilling of concrete/masonry/bituminous materials.
• Neat removal of bricks from walls and timber from floors.
• Adherence to the Company Health & Safety Policy.
• Team integration, maintaining strong harmony and morale.
