Overview

VP - Senior Financial Restructuring Analyst II is a senior role at Rabobank
. The position focuses on providing reliable insights into client relationships, structuring credit products, and ensuring effective risk management. Candidates will work closely with the Financial Restructuring Manager, conduct farm visits, and support the analysis of credit and operational risk for agricultural clients.

Job Responsibilities
  • Underwrite Loan Strategy Reports (LSR) for assigned clients, covering new requests, renewals, annual reviews, partial releases, and covenant monitoring.
  • Utilize the Loan Quality Assessment (LQA) system to recommend Loan Quality Classifications (LQC) and appropriate impairment provision amounts.
  • Analyze client credit and operational risk using multiple information sources, including financial statements, cash flows, tax returns, and trend analyses.
  • Accompany the Financial Restructuring Manager on client farm visits and evaluations.
  • Contribute to a smooth, efficient process that meets client delivery expectations.
  • Manage credit/risk portfolio efficiently to minimize short‑ and long‑term risks.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 7+ years of experience in agricultural credit or related fields.
  • In-depth knowledge of short‑ and long‑term agricultural credit.
  • Skilled in financial spreading, forecasting, stress testing, and risk analysis.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to travel regionally up to 15%.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis;
