The Senior IT Contract Manager is responsible for overseeing the complete lifecycle of IT hardware, software, and technology-related contracts. This role requires strong expertise in contract management, software licensing, and negotiating complex agreements for Clinical, Laboratory, and Medical Equipment with embedded software. The position ensures compliance with contractual obligations, supports strategic sourcing decisions, and serves as a key liaison between the Managed Technology Services (MTS) team and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the full lifecycle of hardware, software, and technology contracts—up to 40 active agreements at a time.
- Lead contract negotiations for Clinical, Laboratory, and Medical Equipment with embedded software.
- Analyze proposals, terms, and conditions to ensure compliance with financial and legal standards.
- Provide expert guidance on licensing models, renewals, and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex contractual issues and plan for future technology needs.
- Maintain accurate contract documentation and support governance and audit processes.
- Proven expertise in IT contract management and software licensing.
- Strong background in negotiating complex technical and clinical equipment contracts.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Sound business judgment with a customer-focused approach to internal stakeholder management.
- Extensive experience in Contract Management, IT/Software Licensing, and Contract Negotiation.
- Solid understanding of licensing models and license compliance.
- Demonstrated success in negotiating contracts for Clinical, Laboratory, or Medical Equipment with embedded software.
