Qualifications- Education:
Degree in computer science, software engineering, data analytics, technology, or related field experience. - Experience:
Eight (8) years of relevant technical or business work experience or knowledge.
- Serve as the primary developer on automated data-driven decision intelligence processes.
- Creates and maintains visualizations, dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Databricks, Power Apps, EPIC Cogito, or others to enable data-driven decision-making.
- Define and enforce standards, including CI/CD and testing practices.
- Translate business needs into scalable analytic solutions.
- Serves as lead resource for dealing with highly complex technical and/or business issues.
- Serve as the primary developer on major analytics projects, building and maintaining core data pipelines using Python and SQL on cloud platforms.
- Serve as the primary developer on major analytics projects, building and maintaining core semantic models and data products.
- Works with business stakeholders to understand their analytics needs and deliver comprehensive analytic products.
- Collaborates with architects and senior stakeholders to deliver technical solutions.
- Guide and support development efforts across multiple engineers, including code reviews and technical onboarding.
- Utilizes data visualization and narrative techniques to effectively communicate insights and tell compelling stories that drive decision-making and business strategies.
- Provides education, training, and works with citizen developers and analytic consumers.
- Supports democratizing data and enabling business users to conduct self-service analytics leveraging AI analytics tools.
- Works with governance stewards to maintain data dictionaries, metadata, and data lineage.
