Cleanroom Technician

Schedule:

Full time, Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm; more details upon interview.

Requirements:
Previous GMP experience is required.

Pay Range: $21.00 per hour to $23.00 per hour.

Summary:

Maintains a sterile environment in the clean room by garbing, cleaning the room, and following clean room procedures that align with facility practices and guidelines.

• Practice efficient use of cleaning techniques, solutions preparation, equipment and tool operation.
• Perform all decontamination cleaning and project assignments within area of responsibility or as directed by supervisor with a high level of consistency, accuracy, and reliability, including executing cleanroom cleaning SOPs.
• Maintain documentation on all activities and conduct frequent quality control testing, verifying the efficiency of work performed.
• Monitor and maintain the stock of cleanroom garments and cleaning materials when applicable.
• Monitor and manage contamination sources within the cleanroom environment, including materials and personnel.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma, GED preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1–2 years of housekeeping or cleaning service experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read and comprehend Standard Operating Procedure Documents (SOPs).

• Exposure to chemicals on a constant basis requiring special clothing and/or safety equipment.
